Hello!
Born in New York, but building bridges locally and globally.
We are a global collective of artists, designers and storytellers — because it takes a collective to create change.
It’s a Passion
If you are looking for just “content marketing, strategy and design,” we respectfully suggest you look elsewhere. If, however, you want to tell the most meaningful, compelling stories, then ok, now we’re talking. Because for us, this is a passion. We love what we do, and we have a big vision. And if we’re going to work together, you’re going to need to love what you do, too (the vision almost goes without saying).
Our work-style? Flexible (we listen), lean (no unnecessary costs), multidisciplinary (we’ve been around) and future-focused (informed by the past, but focused on tomorrow). We use our global creative network for inspiration and to build teams (artists, designers, developers, writers and strategists) that help to create magnetic solutions — resonant, memorable, sticky ones — that create change and connect customers with your brand.
So join us. We’ve teamed with large multinationals, we’ve dreamed with recent start-ups. Banking, luxury, automotive, media and philanthropy are just some of our specialty sectors. And on top of that, we are also building the future with #herNEXTfrontier.
We get it. And if we don’t get it, we know where to find it.
Let’s create change together, contact us.
The Team
— Mia Tapojärvi Dahlmer, Founder and Design Director
Mia is a born-global, multilingual dual citizen with a deep passion and curiosity. As the founder of CREATIVE/BY/COLLECTIVE and 1Qinspire.me—an artistic platform featuring interviews and exposés, including one of her favorites on the lives of Syrian refugees in Istanbul—she has been a driving force behind numerous creative ventures, including herNEXTfrontier. With extensive experience as a hands-on creative leader, Mia has applied her passion for visual communication into diverse projects spanning advertising (BBDO, McCann, Lego), tech-based art installations (Personal Paths HKI/NYC), branding (The Art of Noize), content marketing and editorial design (The Wall Street Journal), event branding and brand activation (‘Is OUT(side) the new IN?’ at the Cannes Lions), and digital projects (Emirates Airlines, Novartis). She excels at identifying talent and building lean, diverse teams that drive innovation. Her motto: Jumala on yksityiskohdissa.
— Anna Ratman, Brand Architect/Design Director
Anna is a NYC-based, quick-thinking creative leader with a sharp-eye for design and creative concepts, along with extensive experience in managing complex teams and projects.
