Glück

Stefanie

Glück with Stefanie Soho, Advertising Film Director at BWGTBLD, shares her personal account on owning your wins, standing for something and letting go of perfection — especially as a working mom.

“Especially for women, just talk about your wins, tell people what you’re good at, and stand for something. There’s a beautiful adage that says that you do not become what you do not see. And, since we’re also responsible for a future generation, it’s important that we just step out there, and I think it starts now.”

Katrin

Glück with Katrin Keilig, Director of Health and Safety TIER Mobility SE, on how employers can support mental health by improving work culture. And, importantly, the role of a manager in creating a healthy environment.

“As a manager you have to show that you care, so that people who would like or need to speak up, believe that you want to know — this is super important.”

Monika

Glück with Monika Heaton, Occupational Psychologist, on the world of work in 2022, how burnout and a lack of engagement affects creativity and productivity, and how communication can help us move into healthier spaces.

“To change the world is to change how we work. Engagement at work has a lot to do with a psychologically safe environment. An environment, which allows you to make mistakes, knowing you won’t be penalized or thought less of. An environment in which you won’t be humiliated for asking for help or information, and it is one in which you can give feedback.”
